The MHSA is currently following all AHS guidelines and jurisdictional bylaws to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors

Virtual courses run in real time, with an MHSA instructor. To participate in a virtual course, you will need access to a device with a screen (laptop, computer, tablet, etc.) and a strong internet connection. Camera and microphone are recommended but, not required.
Manuals will be shipped a minimum of 5 days prior to a virtual course start date. This is included in the cost of the course. Once a manual has been shipped course cancellations will not be accepted.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The MHSA requires five business days’ notice for cancellation prior to a course date. If this cancellation policy is not met, payment for the full course will be due. Please expect to receive an invoice.
If you have provided five working days’ notice and have prepaid for a course, you can register into the next available course or receive a full refund.
The MHSA is sometimes forced to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons. Thank you for your understanding
