Forklift Operator Training

The MHSA is currently following all AHS guidelines and jurisdictional bylaws to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors

The one-day forklift operator course from MHSA provides you with both classroom instruction and practical forklift training. Edmonton, Calgary, and Red Deer operators will improve their understanding of how the machinery works, learn about their responsibilities, and enhance their current driving skills.

Course Details

Format: Classroom and Practical

Duration: 1 day

Time: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Prerequisites: 10 supervised hours driving a forklift

PPE Required: Safety boots

Course Description

This 1-day certification course is designed to provide participants with classroom training along with practical confirmation of safe forklift (with vertical mast) operation. This course teaches forklift operators to operate in a safe and efficient manner which includes written theory and practical confirmation.

Note: Upon successful completion of confirmations, a certification, valid for 3 years, will be issued.

Members: $150.00

Non Members: $187.50
