Audit Submission Deadlines

Please adhere to the following deadlines:

Certification Audits – by Nov. 30, of the current year

Maintenance Audits – by Dec. 31, of the current year

(The MHSA highly recommends consistently performing the audit as close to the COR expiry date as possible,  to avoid overlap in documentation review for years that require a Certification audit)

Auditor Qualification Audits – by 6 months from end of course date

All Certification Audits must be assigned by MHSA
